monster cramps HELP!!!!!

bros needs some help

I am currently on a 12 wk cycle

I have been 75mg tren A Ed for 6 wks and 500mg Test c WK.

Just ended with the tren and started on 50mg of winny ed.

While I was on the tren I had no cramping problems. I have been on winny for less than a week and when I run I feel like my quads and calves are going to explode. If I push through it by the time I get done I can hardly walk.

what can I do to fix this. I drin a good gallon of water each day.

any info would be appreciated.

increasing potassium and magnesium while moderating sodium should help.

adding taurine 3-5 grams per day will also help (if there is actual cramping)
 
Yup Winny pumps I get em in my calves an forearms really bad. Just have to work through that shit, drink plenty of water, and the electrolytes that have been mentioned seem to help as well.

Cramping can be a lack of magnesium. Go to the health food store and buy CALM it is a mag supp. powder w/ warm water . The Magnesium will help w/ cramping as well as help w/ sleep
 
Long distance running on Winny... forget about it. After 3 min. legs feel like 100# anchors. Cardio and Win/Var is hard, I usually do 100 yard sprints with 50 yard rest, or eliptical for 45min. I noticed my speed and endurance dramatically increased while doing sprints on winny.
