Has anyone here ever used moneygram to send funds? I have always used Western Union but I heard somewhere that MoneyGram was cheaper. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how their experience using MoneyGram was.

I have used MoneyGram in the past....Yes it is cheaper and I had zero problems. I actually like it better than WU alot less questions!

Ive never gotten asked any questions from Western Union. I always usually send funds from some shit hole store in the ghetto. They usually don't care.

Online WU will grill you but go to the store and you could be sending money to Osama bin Laden and they wouldn't even blink an eye.

funny this should come up, i just used moneygram yesterday. they are @ all walmarts, and every town has 1 of them. soon to be worldwide. i sent my brother a $100 and it cost like $11. very easy and cheap!!

WU is kind of expensive - they charged me about 5% commission which I thought was a lot (up there with e-gold). But I went to one of the little service centers in a local supermarket and was asked zero questions.

I've always used Western Union online...never any problems for me anymore. The first time I purchased a mounting bracket for my AK-47 from Russia through Ebay(perfectly legal). I had to call them up to explain, so I just told them the simple truth...that I bought an item from Russia using Ebay. So yeah,......I've been buying alot of "Ebay" stuff recently They haven't bothered me since.
