remember dude, REPAIR, takes time. Radar suggested the GH in the other forum. Good advice. I would REALLY concentrate on just repair right now, like the physical therapy and so forth, that is the BEST route to go before adding anything. Good luck dude.

get well and good luck...I had a bad period in my life that lasted for 5 years. after being an athelite my entire life,i ballooned to260#, no clue what my bf was.
saw the light,started hitting it hard and came down to 180 with about 17% so it can be done
