OK, let's talk meat for a minute.

What are some good cheap cuts and where do you buy them?

Tunas cheap and I buy 10 cans a week. I've been buying frozen chicken breasts 10lbs at a time (lasts me about 3 weeks) to keep the price down but frankly boneless skinless chicken breast are as much as some cuts of steak. Livers cheap and I try to eat it once a week just for the price break.

How do you boys and girls keep your food prices down? This is definitely the most expensive part of trying to put on some muscle.
 
The bags of chicken help. Round steak is pretty cheap and is one of the leanest cuts of beef.
It's hard man. I just raised my calories again and found I need to buy/ cook more food to last the week.
Deli meat isnt really cheap but I keep a little around just in case.
 
Elk is so good and lean. I buy Salmon frozen in a bag. I buy my red lean cuts in bulk (need a freezer for large amounts)
