My response was "look buddy, you can't sue someone for racism, you sue them for racial discrimination. Secondly, i didnt say you couldnt come in cause you are black, i said you can't come in cause you look like shit". Problem solved.

Some of those comments were merely thrown in there for comic relief (AIDS comment, etc.) while the others were serious. I understand you were bored but some of those comments were over the line, lol. As to the person who made the Lexus comment, that is oft occuring, even where I live. The desire to appear flashy often outweighs other needs in the eyes of blacks, at least where I live.
