G GREY WTR New member Mar 18, 2003 #4 Kyno & rits, etc. In addition Kyno is a Cardio stimulant, I really think it would be a bad idea. Are you ADHD? Is that why you are taking Ritalin? If not let me just tell you from my own personal experience, Ritalin is a very nasty drug. I honestly can't believe they give it to children.
