Mixing Pregnyl HCG

I have never used this type before. How many ml's of water do you use to mix 5000 iu's.

Depends on wat dose you want to dilute it to. 1cc BAC water will give you 5000iu dose, 2cc will give you 2500, 5cc will give you 1000iu dose.

I depends on the concentration you want. 1cc is 5000iu. So if you want to dose less than 2500iu you should use 2cc's to make it easier to dose.

My kit came with 3 amps of power (HCG I assume) and 3 amps of BAC water. What is the process to mix it?

Crack 1 amp of HCG powder, 1 amp of BAC water
put the water in a syringe and squirt it in the amp with the HCG powder?
Put the freshly mixed HCG back into the syringe?

Is this correct?

If I only want to use 500iu's of the mix at a time, can I simply discard the needle after injection and place the covered syringe in the refrigerator until next use, or is there another way?

Don't try keeping it in a syringe, that sounds like a non-sterile way to do things. Additionally, you will lose a little in the last needle you use to inject each time especially if you are going with a longer needle. HCG is cheap but why waste it?
Lets assume one of your amps contains 5000 IUs. Mix your 1 amp of HCG with 1 amp of the bac water. Draw it into a syringe and inject it into a vial containing 9 ml of bac water. Now you have 10 ml of HCG at a concentration of 500 IUs /ml. Refrigerate it between uses and it should stay good for a month or so.

1. Throw away the water that came with your HCG. That is single-use water and it doesn't keep well for multi-use. Instead use your own BA water.
2. Use a syringe and inject BA water into the open HCG ampule. CAUTION: HCG is fragile. Drip the water in or drizzle it down the side. Do not blast the HCG with a jet of water, that can destroy it!
3. I would mix aboout 2-3 CC's of water with the HCG. 2 cc's gives you 2500iu/ml, 3 cc's gives you 1333 iu/ml. You want to mix at least 2 cc's to minimize waste (.1cc is always wasted)
4. Gently swirl the HCG to mix it, treating it with kid gloves.
5. Use the same drawing syringe to pull the HCG back out. Again, pull slowly. Turbulence can destroy it.
6. Switch pins to a 27g 1/2 incher and you are ready to shoot
7. Store your reconstituted HCG syringe in the fridge immediately
8. Before your next shot, be sure to disinfect the pin for sterile reuse with an alcohol wipe, or change the pin. Store the syringe in the fridge always with a pin on it so it doesn't leak.
