how much bac. water do i have to put in a 10 iu vial? 3 cc's?

i've heard not to squirt it directly on the human growth hormone - somatropin - . instead to do it on the side of the vial. do i shake it afterwards to evenly distribute?

do i need to refrigerate the bac. water too after opening it?

refridge the bac since u need to refridge the gh anyway so better if its cold when u mix it. 2ml per 10iu vial is what i did. 5 iu per ml. and yeah dont shoot the wafer.

did mine like this ..
HGH most common will come in 10 IU
added 1ML of BW that will leave you with
10 IU/1mL:
1 IU per 10IU(10 mark on slin)

Don't shake it hard. That shit is fragile.
