Mixing Creatine, Glutamine, Protein, and Flax Seed Oil.

Assuming this is weight training, I thought post-workout it wasn't a good thing to mix creatine and protein because they supposedly may interfere with the receptors making the absorbtion of one interfere with the absorbtion of the other.
Nope that's a myth...there is NO protein/creatine "receptors" per-se

I always went with a small snack before training, creatine with grapejuice directly after my last set, and a protein shake/bar 30 min later.
actually, plain dextrose (the direct effect of the insulin spike followed ingestion) would probably cause more creatine to be shuttled into the cell then just grapefruit juice

You're thinking of glutamine and protein, not creatine.

no, seriously, I read -protein- and creatine...
and i know there aren't seperate cells for absorbtion, if there were, then there would be no problem (assuming there was, although we know that there isn't...)...
but I read that creatine and protein are absorbed by the same cells and can only take one or the other, not both( due to the large amounts or something...).

I said grapejuice, not grapefruit juice.
