I'd be hesitant to add the flax post workout as it will slow down absorption and keep insulin lower than you might want it. The rest looks good though maybe add some dextrose to that mix and you'll really increase recovery.
Awesome, thanks for the time to reply and give your advice. I have been trying to find dextrose at the grocery stores around here but havn't been able to. Do you know where to get it or should I just buy it online?
I'm a little late for the show here, but here we go:
-You should NOT mix any fats into your post-workout nutrition due to the slowing down of absorption.
-Glutamine has NOT proven itself to be anti-catabolic, nor has it show to be anything more than an immunilogical aid: conclusion, drop the glutamine unless you're sick
-PROTEIN/CREATINE/DEXTROSE/glycerol is PROBABLY the MOST synergetic combination for post-workout, that speaks for itself when you maximize muscle volume and anabolism.

Assuming this is weight training, I thought post-workout it wasn't a good thing to mix creatine and protein because they supposedly may interfere with the receptors making the absorbtion of one interfere with the absorbtion of the other.
I always went with a small snack before training, creatine with grapejuice directly after my last set, and a protein shake/bar 30 min later.
, but that's just the way I THOUGHT it should be done.
