dude minox isnt an anti androgen
minox is a growth promoter- it works over an extended period of time by growing a 'one time inejction of new hair' you wouldnt otherwise have. so the benefits of minox happen regardless of whether you are on gear or not
heres the skiny on hairloss
for most androgen based hairloss (ie on a test cycle) you want to prevent dht conversion, by taking finasteride either systematically (propecia, proscar) or topically. spiro and flutamide do the same thing.
a word of warning, dont use 5 alpha inhibitors like proscar when on certain steroids like deca- will make it worse
as mentioned above, nizoral will prevent some hairloss by acting as an anti inflamatory.
so, for most cycles, hit the propecia (ideally topically as many men complain about sides) and nizoral
you could try some saw palmetto, green tea extract, or vit e s- but to be honest they just arent going to do the trick
