So, my yuppie gym is closed this week for remodeling. So, I go to the other yuppie gym that milo hobgolin goes to. I met milo and he's a nice guy and his girlfriend definately draws some glances from the guys there.

A couple of notes about this gym. They guys here are younger more serious about lifting and it shows in them. There was one HUGE guy there who's chest was about as big as milo's and mine combined. MASSIVELY huge. Although, I think his gym sponsor is Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Then milo's father showed up in his white t-shirt and purple speedos which appeared to be more of a g-string on his fat ass than anything else. :shudder: Milo, dude give your dad some money for new gym cloths.

Oh, and you horn dogs, since milo may be letting go of his girlfriend soon, you'd better start lining up. She won't be alone for long.

He was wearing a black shirt and looked to be in his early to late 30s. He wouldn't be hard to spot again since he was the biggest guy there last night by a LONG shot. He appeared to be over 6' and likely close to 260 - 300lbs. MASSIVE chest and arms.

Well, he did warmups on the wide grip hammer bench with 5 plates a side and didn't appear to have much difficulty doing them.

I like the women at the Vista gym better. I may have to keep going there even after the remodel.

The Encinitas gym has some young ones, TOO young. And they're in and out of there faster than a virgin boy in his first pussy.

Both gyms lack enough prestacked bars, and not enough weight for dumbbells.
When you're warming up for one armed DB rows with 100lbs and the weigts only go to 125lbs, you're kinda out of luck. But, then again they don't want to be a big boys gym.

Dude, are you going to be around Wed to help my brother spot me on leg presses? I'm going to do 900lbs again if that sled can handle 900lbs. Those plates are a bit thick, so I might not be able to stack that many on it.

I don't do extensions since they cause huge havoc with my knees. I have to be careful with my ROM or I end up with a MASSIVE back pump which is KILLER. I think it has to do with how the back is rounded on the seat and when coming back to the chest it pulls the hips off the bench and your lower back takes all the stress at that point.

Well, I didn't even see any HOT looking female trainers there. At least in Encinitas they have a couple of them. That blow up ball cracks me up every time. *sigh*
