I just got some (damn expensive) liquid gold flax oil from GNC. Had no mention of expeller pressed but was cold pressed are these the same? Also contained no lignans.
Found a packet of Milled Flaxseeds that said it contains lignans?
Will this combination provide me with a good flax mix? Ive been mixing the flax seeds in with my shake (they are pretty well ground) and the oil from tblsoon (i heard blending it is bad).
Has ne1 else tried these milled flax seeds. BTW, the oil is a yellow colour... ive heard most good flax oils are darker in colour?
BTW im in the UK and this is the only other flax ive been able to find except for H&Bs which was also cold pressed.
