I believe pasturization is what renders our milk useless... Plus all the garbage added to cows, like rBGH and so on.. Another way to get good milk, I think is powdered milk.. I know it tastes like shit, but you can use it to make good home made yogurt.. I make my own yogurt, very good, and the culture is alive as opposed to the garbage in supermarkets.. and also much cheaper..

I always use skim milk with my protein powders and blend it a blender.
