not to familiar with the ins and outs of liver detox. You can get milk thistle over the counter or at GNC can't u. If so is their a different trade name that it goes by and how much do i take per day. I'll be on winny tabs and anavar.

It is also known a s cylimarin(sp.) That is the active ingredient. GNC has their own brand and a couple of the bug companies have it out there. You can also get it at vitamin stores other than GNC that may not charge as much for it. Probably follow the directions on the bottle for dosing then add more if you feel you need to.
