I have no proof or scientific evidence, but my understanding that it is good to take either milk thistle or something like Tyler's Liver Detox while on cycle...especially when using orals.

Run an internet search on milk thistle, theres lots of information out there. I've taken it every day for years, it can't hurt.

I always take 350mgs 3x dailey while on cycle. RALA has some liver benifits as well.
