Milk Thistle has not shown a lot of results, unless you are talking about mushroom poisoning. You are better off using Tyler's liver detox. I would not use the milk thistle, I really don't think it will do you any good. Tylers shouldn't effect your gains at all. I take 30mg a day, 5 mg every three hours while I am awake. I notice that I don't see the gains as fast in the beginning but I do get the same end result as if I were taking one or two larger dosages per day instead. I have a tendancy to get bad acid reflux off dbol and the smaller dosages help a lot with this as well. At 246 lbs. I don't need any more than 30 mg a day. I wouldn't take any more than you need. If this is your first time with dbol I would keep it at or below 30mg/day. Don't go over 5-6 weeks either. All of this is imo and is what has worked for me. Everyone is different. If you are taking dbol by itself be prepared to loose a majority of your gains.
