so im bulking up and decided to start drinking milk alot more often. my question is there anything wrong with drinking more milk than water? i doubt i will but id rather be sure that drinking lower amounts of water wont have a negative side effect on me. thanks
if you are bulking then dnt worry about drinking to much milk.
you wont have any negative side affects unless u are lactose intolerant.
try to drink your milk during the day and water at night. there is a lot of sugar in milk and u dont want that b4 bed
