Can't understand why these aren't popular anymore. Killer bodies were built in Arnold's era when no one ever even heard of whey. Best to use a combo of all three if you can.

Agreed, back in the "old days", this was all we had. There was no whey protein. I still use milk and egg except post workout along with other casein proteins.
