Started my Ckd this week, and after only 4 days i broke down and ate some carbs last night. I am so pissed off at myself, I cant believe how little will power I have. I am 20 years old and have gone down from 240 lbs to 180 lbs and I just have a little farther to go. I am trying to shed this last little bit of fat so I can actually take my shirt off this summer for the first time in my life. I think i am addicted to carbs. I started back today, i guess i will just do a light light carb up in a couple of day. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!!
