Mid Week Breakdown!!!

Started my Ckd this week, and after only 4 days i broke down and ate some carbs last night. I am so pissed off at myself, I cant believe how little will power I have. I am 20 years old and have gone down from 240 lbs to 180 lbs and I just have a little farther to go. I am trying to shed this last little bit of fat so I can actually take my shirt off this summer for the first time in my life. I think i am addicted to carbs. I started back today, i guess i will just do a light light carb up in a couple of day. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!!

to kick my CKD off, i went 2 wks aiming for 0 carbs /day (you'll get SOME from something, just aim for 0) by the end of the first week i was carbcraving BAD... u just gotta stick it out. now tomorrow night i start my refeed, but i dont' crave carbs at ALL anymore

throw out any carbs you have in the house that you may be tempted to eat, try it again and know that no matter how bad the cravings are, that if you canmake it a few more days you are golden. no cravings, fat starts coming off
