Mid cycle results...22lbs up!

This is how my cycle looks:

Week 1-6 DBOL 50mg's ED (Tyler liver detox, cran extract, saw palmetto, milk thistle)
Week 4-12 Sust 250mg 2x a week

As you can see I started the sust 3 weeks late.


As this point, I am on my 6th (and final week) of DBOL, and my 3rd week of sust.

I started at 5'9" 162lbs
Now I am at 5'9" 184lbs

Bodyfat remains a smidge higher.

I started Novaldex a week or so. I need to get rid of some bloat. My ass is getting hugified. :D Lot of my jeans are just too tight now. I am growing like super marios brothers when he hits the magic mushroom. Below is a pic 4 weeks into my total cycle As of now I stand at week 6 in total with a remainder of 5 weeks on sust. This picture shows me when I was at 176lbs, up 14lbs from the start. I am growing by the minute.

Working out hard, and eating lots!

I am happy you weigh... you definately look "bigger" in your second picture... but you don't look 20+ lbs bigger... but your lats, traps, delts are definately more solid now than they were before... can't say on your arms... as your flexing position in both pictures has them angled...

Too bad you didn't take a Crab most muscular before and now :)

Yah the pic, if you would read :D says I am 14lbs up right there. Now I am up 22lbs. The best part about this is, get this, I don't even do a specific exercise just for lats. Maybe some pullups once in a while. Can't wait till the sust kicks in. I want to be solid, not state puff marshmellow. =)
 
No offense, but you look like you took the easy way out. You didnt mention how old you are or how long you had worked out before the cycle.

Still made some gains though.

Wait a second... no specific exercise for lats? Do you do deads? No specific exercise for lats???

I don't think it looks 14lbs up either, in my opinion... it looks like you have filled out ...

Wow so much criticism. Been working out for 5 years. This is my first cycle. I lift 6 times a week, one body part a day. 20 minutes a day with my lifting routine. I have my diet saved on an excel sheet. It is getting pretty large. Usually about 3-5 meals a day, with 3 protein shakes for supplement protein. I will post my diet as soon as I finish my routine. My stats are 5'9 162lbs before the gear, and 5'9" 184lbs mid cycle. What else would you like to know? Pound for pound, I have not gotten stronger, but overall I have gotten alot stronger. If that makes sense. Most of it I would assume from the bloat. My goal is to hit 195 by the end of this cycle, then lean down. Last I checkes my bodyfat (year ago), I was at 7%, but this was also when I was shredded at 152lbs. :D I am pretty sure I am double that now. My weight has fluctuated quite a bit in the past years. Going as high as 170 naturally and as low as 150 (with the help of lots of cardio and ECA stack).

Your age is kind of important as well...

And you will get criticism if you post a picture here... the only reason I am leaving it here, is because you have information relating to a cycle in your post... and have tied the two together... otherwise, it shoudl be posted in the pictures of members forum. :)

I mean, you are coming along... I can see some noticeable improvement in your delts, lats, and traps.

I'll snap some more pics in the next 2 weeks... I got another one of my bicep, but I will have to p-shop it to make a little splash so I can post it. I took very detailed notes on my weight and diet. Wanted to look back and analyze somethings. I also did the roid calculator and compared if I did an injection on sunday and wednesday compared to sunday and thursday (what I am doing now), and the level of roids in the blood stream look about the same with it being a tad more consistent with the routine I am using right now. Some have told me just to shoot 2cc's at once in a week. I would think that would cause an even more abrupt curve, no?
 
im geussin this kid is 15-16. you really should have waited for a couple more years before steriods. 5 years of workin out, if thats true you wouldnt be no 5'9" at 162lbs.

when i was 15, gettin ready for 9th grade football, i went from 6' at 185lbs, to 205lbs in just 3 months, by just workin out with the football team all summer, drinkin protein drinks, and eatin alot.

Looks good man. Your delts and traps do look more filled out, though I think it would be good to throw in some lat exercises in now.

Post up how many lbs you retain post cycle.
 
sorry man, i'm not flaming on you, but i think that you are full of shit. i've seen your weight before, and it looked alot better, not to mention that you fail to show your legs, and everyone here likes to see wheels!!!! keep it going though, and let us know when you are truly what you say you are....good luck

First off, nice post. I found it inspiring, since I am doing a cycle much like your in a couple weeks..except I'll be dosing the Dbol@25 or 30 mg as opposed to your 50!

Keep up the good work, and please update your post with more pics and specs on your gains. Don't let some of these guys talking shit get to you.

were just busting your balls bro don't take this shit literally, but teh guys are right your goal should be to keep about 15 of what you ahve gained, becasue some of what you got now is water.
 
ehhhh. 105's on incline.... gonna have to raise the bullshit flag on that one bro. in your post it sounds like you made some nice gains, but it just doesn't show very much in your pics. maybe a little bit, but my guess is your slacking on your diet, maybe not enough calories, maybe not enough protein. i don't know cause you didn't include this in your post. why don't you post some of the more critical info besides just your cycle info, and your bullshit poundages that your putting up, so someone can give you some good advice to put some size on your skinny ass. i'm not trying to put you down bro, be honest so we can help you out.

Too put things in perspective, when I was 150lbs. I was up to 85lbs. Chest has always been my strongest point. This I shit you not. Trust me I get laughs all the time when someone sees me pick up the weights, but they ain't laughin when they see me actually do it. 105'bs is not that much considering my bodyweight. Military dumbells I've gone up from 65 per arm to 75 per arm at 5 reps. I will provide this forum with some concrete evidence. I'm going to try to get some video or something. I don't like bullshitters, and I hate being called one.

You have been lifting for 5 years bro?? You must not have been training very hard or eating enough. For 5 years to only clock in at 162 is alot more than just genetics. Even people handed shit genetics can gain ALOT in 5 years if they train and eat right. Not trying to flame ya man it just looks like you jumped on juice just because you have been training for 5 years. Doesn't matter how long you train if you always are doing it wrong. Peace.

Half of it is maintaining it. Gain some lose some. Most of the time yes, my diet wasn't that great, but hopefully I'll keep the gains that I put on. I have learned alot in the past year. Thanks for the concern though...

hahahhaha nipper good post I am about like you I started my cycle at 5 10 158lbs I am now up to 168 2 weeks into the cycle I am 25 yrs old too. Granted alot of this is water from the anadrol oh yeah 50mg anadrol a day and 200mg deca a week is what I am taking. Most of these guys here are just bustin your balls they don't mean anyhing by it just being honest hell you should see some of the replies i've gotten before. LOL But don't take it personally or anything just take it and use it (their advice or comments) no matter how they give it to you. Because most of the replies you got were positive anyway which by the way good job and congrats on the results keep it up!!

Considering both deca and anadrol act through the same pathways to cause gyno and and not much can be done to prevent this, this is a childish cycle. If he was more experienced I would understand it as he would know his body better, but taking deca and anadrol for the first cycle is asking for trouble.

Why even bother taking anadrol for a first cycle, argh. I really don't know how some of you come up with these things.
