Mid cycle issue - Need Advise.

Guys, I am in the middle of a cycle consisting of Primo, Test Prop, and Proviron. It seems recently I have much pain in my right elbow middle forearm. I have went to the doctors and he informed me that it is most likely Elbow tennis. ( have not yet had X-ray)

I have read many threads on tennis elbow, but the only good advise I have read involve taking a break from trainig. I have also read about Prolotherapy, which costs quit a bit where I live, but seriously considering it as it does not involve taking a break from training.

My question: since im mid way in a cycle, I really do not want to stop my training. I only notice the severe pain when performing certain movements at the gym. I am wondering if I should just continue with workouts that do not effect my condition, or should I stop and do PCT right now and take sometime off. I really do not want to take time off from working out during PCT. There is my delimena. Apologies for the long post.

Any experience with Tennis elbow, and what other options are available?

Appreciate any help.

Thanks.

I wouldnt stop training or stop cycle midpoint. I would quit doing exercises that cause inflamation and buy some elbow sleeves.

^^Thanks JB. Are these elbow sleeves specifically made for tennis elbow? I have a sleeve at home right now, that holds my ice. Would this work? Not sure how the sleeve will help as the pain is in the tendon.

^^^^ agreed
I've had tennis elbow and I've tried taking time off and a whole bunch of things and the only thing that seemed to work is when I did a cycle of ghrp-6

i was dealing with tennis elbow recently for about a month and was just pushing through the pain... I recently started taking skeletal balm and the pain has subsided to the point where it is pretty much gone... I would definitely look into it... it has been extremely helpful man... i use it once in the morning and once at night...

Skeletal balm would be something great to try as Dylan said. I will be getting some soon myself.

In the past I've always used Cissus, glucosamine, and MSM for any joint and tendon pain, and its always done pretty well. Also increase fish oil dosage to at least 10g per day

The sleeves are made for people with jacked up elbows. They are kinda like knee sleeves but smaller. You can find them online easily. If you search apt gear they sell top of the line elbow sleeves as well as wrist wraps and anything else lifting related. You can get a good pair that will last for many years for about $30.

Thanks Dylan. I will look into the skeletal balm. You said you pushed through the pain. Just wondering what exercises caused the most pain? Seems for me its anything free weights. With the exception of dead lifts and squats. ( Which is good)

Thanks JB. Will try the current elbow sleeve I have to see if I notice any difference. If not will buy the one you suggested. Have any of you known anyone that has used Prolotherapy as a solution?

Thanks for all the help gents.
