microsoft office licenses and reinstalling OS

I'm trying to format and reinstall all my software onto my tablet PC. I have an office pro 2007 license and a student teacher 03 license. If I uninstall them before formatting will that send M$ info that those licenses can be used again? I dont want to have to pay again for either of those to use them on the same computer...
