Its creatine bro. I didnt think creatine was a STEROID, and discussion of it in the STEROID forum is a no-no, right? lol, i know youve shut down like 3 or 4 of my 'misplaced' threads before, now I want some equal treatment damn it!!! j/k bro, do your thing.

that has to be the best creatine I have ever used and I have used a lot! Great pumps, vasularity, increased energy, and lean mass.

i have lemon ice flavor trac creatine and its ok but once you exp the dark side its nothing to write home about, i only use it pct and its not so nasty if you mix it with yer post workout shake

the only problem is it doesnt last long, and its expensive, but while your on it, it works very well
