how many mcg's are in a milligram?? must have missed that day in school...and how would i even measure a dose of say, 6-10micrograms? i posted a question yesterday that had to do with mgf. thanks for the feedback...you know who you are!

1mg = 1000mcg

1000mg = 1 gram

1000 grams = 1 kg
