mg/week???

I would like to know why everyone always recomends no more than 500mg/week for first time cycles, when alot of body builders are taking in excess of 5000mg/week I know they have been doing it for years. What would happen if you started off around 2000mg/week.....will the body not except it??

For your first cycle your body will respond very good to 500mg of anything because your receptors are fresh. If your training and diet is straight you can even grow off of 250 mg. 2000mg is wayyyyy to much your body would absorb some of it and waste the rest. Also the side effects will be horrible.

Start low and see how your body reacts, also not all Pros do 5000mg , I know a few and they dont go anywhere near that.
