Ok, Ive been wondering about this for some time...if gear is legal in mexico...how come you don't see alot of swoled up mexiconos

Because "working out" in Mexico is not as popular as it is here in the states. Playing soccer is, and for that you dont have to be jacked.

I dont think the "average" mexican citizen has as much discretionary income as americans do either.

1.- Not a popular sport

2.- 40% of the population (around 40 million people) live in extreme poverty. 20% live in poverty. The rest (around 40million) are divided among kids, women, men, and old people. So as you can see, there is not enough room for bodybuilding.

3.-The bodybuilding federation (FEDERACION MEXICANA DE FISICOCONSTRUCTIVISMO Y FITNESS) is not a recognized organization by the IFBB. So the Mexican bodybuilders can not compete in their competitions.

4.-A big part of the population have to work extra hours or have to have two jobs.

5.- Finally STEROIDS is not the only thing that make you grow bigger. Nutrition is a key factor (most of Mexicans diet is based on beans and tortilla, so where is the meat?), training (sometimes there is no place to waste your money on a gym), supplementation (protein, creatine, and all that stuff is just too expensive for the majority)

So it is not important if you can get prop, enan, winny, tren, deca-d, dbol, anavar, sost, primo, and so many things when you can not eat properly or train the right way. If you try to imagine the Mexican reality you will find out “how come you don't see a lot of swoled up mexiconos”

Simply economics and culture...

1) A typical mexican earns $10-25 per day
(AS/extra protein/extra supps/anit-estro per day can easily equate to this amt. alone during a cycle)

2) A typical mexican diet consists of high carbohydrates and fats together (ie tacos/carne asada/cervezas/tequila/cheese/etc does not do the body "good")

....then there is discipline, training facilities, the time,etc....AS and a great physique is a luxury item!

Not true. I've used my main guy for more than 10-12 years. When I first met him in his shop in Mexico he was a tiny little 130 skinny ass runt. Then I didn't see him in person again for a few years till we hooked up for lunch at a San Diego restaraunt. He walks in the door and he is 210 lbs of busting muscle. He definitely was using his own product.

There are gyms in Mexico, but the physical fitness culture that we have here in America is not a worldwide phenomena.

That's a fact.

Swoleyoley I didn't mean to be defensive. I didn't believe that you were attacking Mexican people nor even me (obviously). I try to present you and the board an image of the sport in Mexico. Believe me, I didn't mean to be a prick or an smart ass.
