I heard that you still have to be careful in mexico when buying gear even if its from a pharmacy i heard that they sometimes have fake gear with real shit to fool people. is this true?

Not true. If you are buying stuff that is established and made to actually sell on the Mexican market then there are no fakes. (Sostenon pre-loads,Sten, Primoteston, Primobolan 50mg amps and 5mg tabs, and Stenox (2.5mg Halotestin).
These are the only human anabolics sold in Mexico that are MADE for the MEXICAN market.
If you buy off the shelf then you are fine. If they get it in the back or from under the counter then it may be real (ie the 100mg Spanish Primobolan amps that were floating around last year) but you run a high risk of fakes.
Same goes in a vet shop. Trust what is on the shelf-not necessarily under the counter.

BE CAREFUL!

If your going to TJ you better do your research. They got alot of fakes........trust me! Even the old fakes, such as 50cc bottles of liquid d-ball with the yellow label. Larger pharms are O.K. but the small ones will rip you off! Odd enough the ones closer to the border are good. The only thing is I have not be there in a few years.....so
