Do you have a doctors perscription? They should not be letting you across with any gear what so ever without that. If you have a 12 week cycle and you don't have a script, and you declare it, it will get confiscated. If you smuggle it and get caught you will go to jail and/ or get up to a $5000 fine.

I live close to the Mexican border and have purchased small amounts of gear in Mexico for personal use without any problems at check point to date. My question is if in the future I get canned at the border with, lets say a 12 week supply of deca, will I get arrested or will they just confiscate my gear ???

No I do not have a script. I sneak the gear in with some clothes and stuff that I buy when I make my visit. When they ask if I have anything to declare I say no, just some clothes and leather goods. Are you saying if they check my bag and find small amount of gear for obviously personal use, they will arrest my ass ?
I figured they would just say, sorry, no can do and confiscate the gear. Is an arrest mandatory ? or do they play each confiscation by ear ? I would prefer if they took me in a back room and slapped me around a lil and sent me on my way minus the gear !!!

from what I have seen is they will give you a $500 dollar fine and write all of your info down and they def. will take the gear!!! One of my buddies got busted with a huge amount and they gave him a $10,000 dollar fine and he wrote back telling them that he would not be able to pay this amount and nedded help. They wrote back and told him to send $500 as soon as possible and they would cleared him of everything and he still goes down and get stuff often.....TAPOUTM

The place I get my gear is a very modern, very clean pharmacy and the owner speaks excellent english and he has mentioned he can send me to a doctor to get a script if I wanted one for gear or other meds like valium, vicodin, etc.
Question: Will U.S. Customs accept a Mexican script for gear ???
OR.... I have considered mailing the gear to myself from Mexico.
Since it will be a small personal supply thus a small box.
Any input of either of these would be greatly appreciated.

It gets tricky, but if the drug was prescribed and obtained in MX, then it shouldn't be a problem.

U.S. customs will NOT accept prescriptions written in Mexico.

No. The deal is you need a US script to take goods into the US.

AND

you need a mex script to posses the goods in mexico.

The latter is little known but should federalis decided to clamp down on you, you could be spending a long time in jail.

They ( postal inspectors) will DEFINATELY open your package.

You would have a toilet seat? A hole in the ground is more likely. Plenty of drugs in La Mesa Prison to pass the time though..so I hear. Here's the deal brother. As far as getting a Mexican script and bringing it back across, it depends. Depends on the place you cross, the agents involved, the amount, and your overall attitude I guess. In TJ/SY(surprisingly), it seems that most of the agents there are real ball-breakers about not letting steroids pass with or without a script, IF you declare them. Ironicly, that is probably the easiest border crossing to get shit across illegally. There are a few members here, who have had luck with Border-Crossings in Texas though, with a script, and using the 90-day supply rule. If the agent doesn't want you to have your meds, he can seize them simply because he doesn't like your face pretty much. I mean, what are you going to do about it if he does take it, right?! If you get a guy who has seen it all, done it all, and knows a tad about the 90-day-supply rule(or whatever that is), then you will probably be allowed to pass when you decalre it, if you cross at the right place. If the dude is a cowboy, fresh out the academy with the gay-fuck haircut, and a chip on his shoulder..... You know, the guy who thinks that he just saved he world by confiscating your AAS. He might take your shit no matter what! Give him shit, and you might find yourself locked into a closet until they decide in what way they will effectively assfuck you.

Now for the juice itself. The law(supplosedly) allows for a 90-day supply of a controlled medication. It is an exemption if it is imported across a US land border, and applies ONLY if the meds are approved by the US FDA. In other owrds, Clen won't go. Stuff like Rohypnol obviously won't go either. Technically, as far as steroids go, you only have a few choices that are approved by the USFDA(although I seriously DOUBT any Customs guy knows about this). Those would be as follows:

1. Stenox(Halotestin).
2. Primoteston 250(Enanthate).
3. Sten(Cyp, Prop, DHT).
4. Testoprim-d(Enanthate & Prop)

Sust is a test, but not approved in the US by the FDA, so would not be allowed, technically. Again though, most customs morons don't know that. If the customs guy knows about the 90-day supply exemption, then you will probably be able to get just about anything across. If he doesn't know or isn't familiar with this exemption, then I would guess your shit is gone reguardless of what you have.

Yes. It happened to me. I even had to write a letter stating why I shouldnt do jail time and pail the full $5,000 fine. I got lucky and only had to pay $500 + they confiscated my 8 sust redi-jects.

I need to re think my plans here a lil concerning the San Diego border. Still a lil confused over current law about being able to bring in no more than 50 dosage units (or 5, 10cc bots) of FDA approved meds. Not sure if I want to declare even this small amount and find myself in some shit with a customs agents who having a bad hair day and wants to take it out on my ass.....

The part of all of this that throws people off is, that there is REAL difference beteen the letter of the law, and what is actually enforced sometimes.

Its like this, the LAW says that you may not be able to drive at over 65 or 75 MPH. OK, fine. But drive down the highway and how many people are driving over the speed limit? How many people get away with it? How many police officers will drive right by and not bother you?

However IF the limit is 65 and you are doing 68, and even if most people are going 75, you can STILL get pulled over and STILL get a ticket and and you ARE guilty. And the fact that many many other people drive by, even faster, has NOTHING to do with it (and please, spare me the BS about the "flow" or traffic.)

What is confusing about al of this in relation to AS is that yes, there IS the "Leter of the Law". But there is also "
"what people can actually do, or what any give agent on any given day will allow them to do".

And just like that Police Officer that let's speeders drive by him, there ARE Border Agents that will just "let you go" and allow you to do or bring things that may technically NOT be allowed, but they will just let it go.


I just went across the TJ border the other day amd bought back some Piracetam. I declared it. Now TECHNICALLY I need to have a script to bring it across. I was asked to go to the secondary agent and disucss it with him. I acted as if "I was not really sure what I was doing here ...", but was very friendly and helpful. I said "I have brought this across before, declaring it of course. I was allowed to bring it back with me. My UNDERSTANDING is that this is ok, but you are the agent, you know these legal issues better than myself, I will answer any questions or help in any way that I can". The agent said "well, per the letter of the law, you should really have a script, but I will let you go through with it. Just, next time, get a script - ok?"

I think most of the confusion with these issues are due to the fact that agents DO allow some people to slide.

It depends on what you bring across - don't try this with like redijects or Oxycontins or Rhophypnol (sp?), and its also (listen up here guys) depends a LOT on the agent and also YOUR ATTITUDE.

A lot of the hot shit smart asses that THINK they know what they are doing and who turn into dicks with the agents will screw THEMSELVES over.


Thats all for now. We don't get into a lot of details and specifics about what to do, and how to do it, when it comes to The Border becuae that would be assisting in smuggling,and we don't do that here.

You made some excellent points Riker. And I agree with all of them. It depends on the agent, on your attitude and how much or in my case, how lil I would be bringing in. I mean...are they gonna waste a lot of time on a guy who declared 5 bots of testoprim ? Maybe / maybe not. most likely not.
I bought in a 16 week supply of testoprim-D last month and since I only plan on doin short 3 or 4 week cycles at most 3 times a year, I`m good for a while....but there is some other aas that I may wanna try in the hear future......just trying to cover my ass in the event I get mr. rootin tootin the cowboy custom agent.
Your attitude does carry a lot of weight....whether at the border or the traffic stop for doing 70 in the 65`er...........thanks again bro
