Mexican border crossings

I thought some one posted a note that it's OK to take a small amount of drugs across the Mexican border to the US. Some kind of new law.

Seems hard for me to believe that it includes steroids, a controlled substance.

Anybody know more about this????

I cross at Del Rio all the time and claim 50cc's each time, but it's iffy elsewhere.
