Methyl- 1 - test and 6-oxo

when should i take the 6-oxo if i do a 4 week cycle of the methyl-1-test/ do i start it during or after the cycle??

Im gonna ge the methy-1-test from legal gear... just wondering how many bottles i should get if i wanna do 10 mgs/ day for a week then 20 mgs/ day for the rest and maybe go up after that...
any suggestions and the question about the 6-oxo, i would like to get those replies asap.,

I would use something better for PCT, especially after a 4 week cycle of m-1-t.... either nolva or clomid.
