Meteor Shower tonight...

i'm watching for it up here on the 12th floor of my office building in texas. should start lighting up in another hour and fifteen minutes.

The shower isn't going to be as intense expected. 1966 there was 5-10 Leonids per second and it seems that the ZHR-count will be 5-10 per minute this year. Nothing big, so don't get dissapointed.

I haven't seen one yet all night. I'm next to some city lights but that enough to totally block my view, I thought they were expecting the east coast to see something like a 1000 an hour?
