Mesotherapy?

I am curious about mesotherapy also. I read somewhere (not sure now if they were joking or not) that someone considered injecting Yohimburn es to meso layer? Does anyone have info? Can an actual meso kit be purchased - is there such a thing? how difficult to do yourself at home?

Reality? Ya know, I'm new here and wouldn't want to offend anybody but that really pisses me off....I do work up a sweat, thanks.

First, I am a professional trainer - aside from training my client base I weight training 4 days a week and do intense road cycling - with more intense indoor ergometer training (like carrying a bowling ball on your back up hill for a half an hour at 15 mile an hour pace), also a top 5 placing fig competitor, and a spin instructor.

Can u ride 100+ miles in under 3 hours? What's your Vo2 max? SWEAT? Come train with me....I bet I can make you sweat darlin'

Just b/c someone is curious about new solutions to losing small amounts of resistant female pattern fat storage does not mean they are lame couch potatoes looking for an easy way out of training.

Sorry if I have offended anyone with my little diatribe.

dont give that bullshit, i aint going into these arguments but yes i can do those challenges, i dont do bodybuilding crap- i work functional fitness

I specialize in functional fitness training friend. My entire practice is based on: whatever you do I help you do it better. But you digress.....it was the questions asked by me and someone else that you were flaming for not working hard and looking for an excuse. I have been a fitness professional for 16 years. Not looking for an argument - just making a point that everyone is not a lazy person looking for a quick fix. There's a lot to be gained from the new stuff coming in from the medical field all the time. Just keep an open mind and don't shut people out on their posts because it seems inane to your goals.

Belle, give it a rest, leonk aint worth the time. I dunno wtf his problem is but if you look through his posts, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM is a flame of some sort, except he's always wrong, and always gets burned for 'em. Just wait a bit for some people who know what theyr talkin about to help ya out.

Oh and leon baby.......be a good boy and f*ck off.

Look people i am a innovative athlete and trainer, whose training style is among the most intense that you will find. I am committed to excellence and advancements in high performance conditioning and functional strength development. So lets just leave it ok
