First, I am a professional trainer - aside from training my client base I weight training 4 days a week and do intense road cycling - with more intense indoor ergometer training (like carrying a bowling ball on your back up hill for a half an hour at 15 mile an hour pace), also a top 5 placing fig competitor, and a spin instructor.
Can u ride 100+ miles in under 3 hours? What's your Vo2 max? SWEAT? Come train with me....I bet I can make you sweat darlin'
