As many here know I have decreased my heavy cycles in favor of just 200 test and 200 deca weekly. I have dropped from 265 to 238 so far and although my back is feeling better and this is what I had wanted to happen, I am starting to get the mind games with myself because I am getting much smaller. I even had a friend say to me today "Hey..Your not shrinking on me are ya?" Although it feels good to be slimming down in the face and waist and losing all the water retention. That comment stung. Considering I have another 18 pounds I want to lose what do I do to keep my chin up and not all of a sudden go haywire and screw myself up by megadosing again? I keep saying to myself, "summer is coming and you wanna be lean and ripped" sometimes that aint enough when you gotta hear, "dude your getting tiny on us!"
