What I dont understand is all the BS that is chatted on this board in the anabolic and training forums. I mean why not outline how to get to be one of those guys ? Diet, Training, aas use. I dont get it, I mean I know you can't follow it word for word and gentics and yadadaidida everyones different. I think that is a SILLY cop-out!!! But You could be on here for years and all you can do is ask questions and get some answers. But who's answering the questions ? I see advice flow from guys on here and they really are not all that impressive. I think there should be very lengthly reports on this board on how to be a bodybuilder. I mean Ok so ARNOLD's book isnt right because of his gentics....fine so what is right ??? I know it has many factors but there isnt really many clear answers on this board. Like of those top national guys you talk about what do there routines look like ?? Are they the same now as when they started ? Whats different ? There aas use, you say you know, post it up....There diets , what do they eat, when, how much, what changes ? Are they powerlifters ? Bodybuilders ? Powerbuilders ? Everyones different but there has to be some fundemental building blocks. Maybe if you clued us in on some of their details alot of it may work for guys who really want to know and who give 110% and want to find out the damn TRUTH !!!! Sometimes I think this board even though people here dog magazines the answers are kind of hidden. There is not enough about what works for the top guys as I like. I like the board but if you have the answers why not give us an inside look into these so called national guys, do it with a fine toothe comb. I think it would be much appreciated by the members......I think the training aspect of it is way, way short of being very helpful....So there are many ways, What do they do for there workouts, sets,reps,frequency, rest periods, break periods, rep it out or forced reps ? Rest pause.....Come on throw us a bone...!!!!!!!
Im not knocking the board Im trying to make it better, I have chatted with many and they have the same view points.

I mean look at the stickys on this anabolic board. 1) for newby conduct and 3 more for our money ??? How about some stickys on guidance in something we are very very intrested in instead of making us hang around prying questions over and over and getting many different answers, which are not sure are correct or not ??? Even in the other boards it aint so great....How about actual details of the tops guys LIFESTYLES.... Am I wayyy wrong or does anyone agree...???
 
Well me personally I only take advice seriously from people I know are big and are not afraid to show themselves on here. As well I am lucky enough to know a really big ex mr universe from Holland that goes to the gym I do and I really pay attention to what he tells me. He is 5'11 and 260 shredded and I have seen the pictures of him from when he was over 300lbs,Anyway. Basically what I'm getting at is you obviously wanna get really big like Cutler,Coleman big, talk to guys that are around that size.

I too agree with you on the genetics cop out, modern medicine and chemistry makes up for genetics. History shows us that.

A lot of people on here think that because they have ran one cycle they are guru's. I'm still a newbie to the world of serious bodybuilding. My point is use your own judgement you know what you want. Look to those that have achieved it.
 
I try to weed out who answers me and who posts by who they are. But it seems to be very difficult on here. Sometimes I feel like Im prying and they get tired of answering. It would be easier on all to lay out what they know.....
 
Tryn, as much as I empathise with your post, I can't say that I really agree with it. If someone doesn't have the basics down for bodybuilding, they probably shouldn't be on an anabolic steroid board. I know that wasn't your whole argument, but it's true never the less. As far putting together a routine that will work for everyone, I truly don't think that's possible. For example, I could have the exact same body as the guy next to me in the gym and not get a single lb of muscle from the exact same routine.
We could have the exact same diet and all I may gain is fat while he puts on lb after lb of muscle. As far as what the top guys do, 99% of the people on this board don't fall into that category. So, I doubt we should be following their routine/lifestyle

A great body isn't built over night, and there's no set plan. It takes years of trial and error to find out what works for you.

I appreciate the intent to help those in this community and to make this a better place to learn. Karma to you
 
id like to see a sticky with different cycles(beginner bulking,cutting,bulking)....and what not.....i know this would be just the writers prefrence and all.....but i think it would be helpful....also the same with different diets to accomplish different goals and a few different types of work outs.....written by a very respected member of the board.....maybe these are just my wishes but im sure some others agree....
 
As far as diet,training,gear usage etc. I think you have to find what works for you. Everyone is different and everyone has different goals. I have taken everything that i have learned up to this point and applied it to what works for me. What works for one person might not work for the next. Just mess around with the whole package and get what works for you.
