What good is this supplement.

I've read it lowers your body temperture, as well as supressing the thyroid, what would this be good for? With a lower body temp, would you be more comfortable in hot climates? Would it help you bulk?
 
Resetting your sleep cycles...your pineal glands produce it already but at least you get to determine when it hits your blood stream from an external source. Melatonin basically regulates your body clock. And lower body temperature is indicative of a slower metabolism (again, a sleep thing). Is this synthetic stuff or is it extracted from animal brain tissue?
 
yeah it lowers your thyroid because your metabolism has to naturally wind down to sleep. THe deeper the sleep the lower the metabolism at night but it comes back in the day. Also use lower doses of melatonin for a week straight and then every other day and that what works for me and my thyroid is fine. 8%bf year round and i take melatonin atleast 2-3 times a week.
