I'll never know why it seems the bodybuilders of the world are all chronically unable to sleep easy.. I know Melatonin is one of the supplements one should take to aid in sleeping, but do you know the right way to take it?
I was told this one takes time to work...so you should pop one about 7pm to give it a few hours to work. Sounds weird to me, but this is what they say.
In addition to the melatonin, you can tweak your insulin levels to make yourself sleepy by taking your r-ala before bed. Just take a slight increased dose and you'll have the "side effect" of being sleepy/lethargic.
