Melatonin = Fall Asleep easier

I'll never know why it seems the bodybuilders of the world are all chronically unable to sleep easy.. I know Melatonin is one of the supplements one should take to aid in sleeping, but do you know the right way to take it?
I was told this one takes time to work...so you should pop one about 7pm to give it a few hours to work. Sounds weird to me, but this is what they say.
In addition to the melatonin, you can tweak your insulin levels to make yourself sleepy by taking your r-ala before bed. Just take a slight increased dose and you'll have the "side effect" of being sleepy/lethargic.

Its always helped me sleep. 3mg an hour or two before bed and I rest well.
 
yeh i got some at home, was gonna wait till i get my adderlin and other stims, incase i actually need smething to put me to sleep. its basically just melatonin and one other thing isnt it tho? i tried it for a couple days, i still had a bit of a difficult time falling aslepp, but i noticed i didnt wake up once throughout the night. which i usually do about every hour
 
melatonin has it's good nights and bad nights. Nothing worse than falling asleep for an hour then waking up for one, etc etc. I've used animal pm plenty of times and it knocks me out cold along with keeping my body anabolic through out the night. Good stuff.
