Medication with Orals

Hi guys, I am mid anavar cycle, and for the last 2 days had terrible flu, all I've taken so far is throat spray, is it safe, advisable to take codeine or paracetamol with oral steroids? Or should I just ride it out?

its likely safe but any meds are just going to add more stress on the body which is already under stress from being ill. If you really have the flu then your likely going to be out of the gym for 3 weeks anyway so why not just stop the cycle and save what ya have left.
