hey guys, i know this place is for body builders, but you are all a pretty clued up bunch so i would love your advice. (i have medical advice but im just looking for other points of view to weigh up all the options)
because of low t levels, im on replacement therapy.
ive been doing sustanon 250, 125mg a week, and ive been lifting and doing cardio for 4 months.
i feel a lot better from the t, and im doing adex as well.
however, ill be the first to confess that i am not a body builder. i dont have the right genetics or the patience you guys have. however, im very on top of things diet and excercise wise. im really sensitive to carbs and sugar, so i stay away from dessert, pasta, bread rice you name. i live on lean protein, salad, veg, and things like white cheese and nuts for treats and stuff. i jog 3 hours a week as well.
however, despite this, ive really gotten big and chunky on testosterone. i know it cant really be helped, as testosterone is so anabolic, and if you arent hitting the gym hard, the test has to go somewhere so it turns to mass or fat or whatever.
however, i have to do test for my mood and bones etc. ive already lowered my dossage from 125 per week sust to 75mg a week test e, and yet im still getting big, as my body isnt so used to such (relatively) high levels of t.
anyway, im looking for a way to shift some of the 20 pounds of fat and water (probs about 10 pounds of fat) ive gained on test.
in the past, both when i did no juice and even when i did testogel, i could keep my weight in line (although i was unhappy with my gangly limbs and flabby chest). i used to have this kind of nervouse energy which i believe kinda kept me slim. nowadays, the test keeps my far mellower, but i put on weight so easily.
i have every option under the sun product wise, as i have perscriptions for test prop, testogel, test e, arimidex, and i am not adverse to trying something like tren or anavar to shift some of the bloat.
now i know you are all going to say diet diet diet, cardio cardio cardio, and i believe me im doing an ok job. i really need a little help though.
consider me as someone looking to do a cutting cycle. im not looking for mass at all, i really need to slim down.
in the future i dont think ill do shots any more for my trt- they are to anabolic and if you dont lift enough, even in small dosses you can turn into jabba the hut.
so what would you guys suggest.
