what could be wrong f there is pain in the lower right quadrant and it worsens midstream through the end of urination? Very sharp pain.

I know the feeling.

I really really hate doctors, almost as much as lawyers, and used car salesman. But you really do need to see the doc if you want to pinpoint what the trouble is. It is most likely something simple. But if you let it go, it might turn into something that will cause you grief longer.

Does your testicle hurt? IF yes could be: Epididymitis, UTI, prostatis( dont confuse with Beningn enlarged prostate)...

I kind know about this shit so if you give me more info I may be able to give you some answers....of course you best course of action is to see an urologist!

well the pain is to the right of the navel and is sharp like appendicitis but is not or i would have been dead when this first happened years ago. The only thing i can figure it might be in that area is the large intestine and rectum, ureters, bladder, prostate. Everytime I have been checked for STD's and came up clean. Also they did a CT scan one time and still nothing. The pain can last from 4-24 hours and really fucking hurts... like prolly the most pain i have ever felt. Hurst when i move... like sit down and get and such.

also everytime i have went they have tested for bacteria so could it still be Epididymitis, because on an un-related (or maybe related) incident I do sometimes have retrograde ejaculation.

oh and testicles are just fine. God i feel stupid just saying that but i am afraid this is gonna kick in like it did when i had the problem previously. Just sucks that this has to happen and that everytime i have went to an ER and then had a follow up that nothing has been found yet.

Have u ever been tested for chlamydia? It is a swab test done thru your penis....

IMO, you need an ultrasound and a rectal exam to check your prostate..chlamydia if untreated can lead to porstatis or epididymitis.

Epididymitis is very hard to be treated....

yes i have been tested, seemed like the urologist was cleaning a rifle... and no Chlamydia for me. Totally devoid of any STD's.

May have some prostate problems as I won't rule that out just yet. Also it may be the pressure change from urinating causing my pain and not urinating itself. I'm gonna go get checked but i'd rather do it with a doctor visit rather than an ER visit (cost issue... no insurance :() Thing is this pain is not very frequent at all and has maybe happened half a dozen times or less throughout my lifetime and they have NEVER been able to find anything.... i am sort of disgruntled about it... it's a pain that is so severe that it has changed my life and many a time i actually think about it while taking a piss... you would think if it is that dramatic that they would want to find the root and fix it rather than comfort me.

read up on my link on my prvious post. You will find that many guys are battling similar symptoms as yours.

When you urinate do you have to wait a little before you start your stream?
After you ejaculate, do you feel pain?

ER cant do shit for you.....You need an urologist and have many tests done..

You should start with a rectal exam and ultrasound!
Good luck my man...

urination is fine, ejaculation feels just fine... actually prettty damn good... i dunno man... it's just wierd.

i know i'm stating the obvious you really should see a doc because he's the only one who;s gonna be able to run tests, anything anyone says on he is conjecture until proven otherwise

the problem if urological would only be present in the kidneys, the bladder or the ureters and urethra. do you have a fever, or any haematuria (blood in urine)

if there is blood (may be like coca-cola urine) what part of the flow or urine do you see it

given the pain is on urination, it makes sense (to me but maybe not a real doctor :p) that the problem is likely to be around the bladder at least, as it worsens on the flow of urine. the pain in the right quadrant may be the pain radiating or may indicate something happening further up

as the prostate sits on the bladder neck. that might be what is causing the pain if u've had prostate problems?, i'm unaware of any bladder conditions thart would cause the pain. the pain might be radiaiting up or you may have a problem further up towards the kidneys or in the kidney.

go get it checked out...for all you know it could be a renal stone and the pain is radiating down towards your bladder which would also cause really bad pain. ask for a referal to a urologist
