Medical Evaluations

I was wondering how you guys get tested and get insurance to cover tests for steroids? Do you get tested yearly under the guise of a physical and request certain tests that might help evaluate if the steroids are taking any toll on your liver, cholesterol, etc. Or do you get checked more often? What sort of evaluations do you get? Blood tests or other things as well?

Also, what do you think of the new "smart" pills that someone was talking about on another website. Have any of you taken them, and are they any good? Someone said they can "make the difference between Ivy League and State school". How is that possible? thanks.

My dad is an MD, he does my tests and he knows I juice. As far as nootropics, they might enhance your mind slightly, but they won't actually increase your IQ. It's like a 100hp car with 93octane gas. Sure it'll run a little better, but it's still gonna be blown away by a 300hp V8 running on cheap-grade gas. It won't make you any smarter, just help make your mind more efficient than it was. And that's IF they work at all :)

Oh ok. I was wondering the same thing. I wonder why that person said it could make the difference between a state school and Ivy league?

Probably b/c he was promoting the product. The better it sells, the more he makes. If you had loose morals and could make more money by lying about a product's effectiveness, wouldn't you?

i think it's sad that people will market that crap. it's obvious that it won't work but i bet a lot of people would buy it. cognitive enchancements are a long way off. nootropics and adhd meds are not exactly that helpful.
