Measuring liquid stane

Having trouble measuring the liquid stane. Trying to do 12.5 mg every other day but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. I know it equals half a cc, but does the liquid in the tip of it count or do I have to pull it up more so there is nothin in the tip. I don't want to over do it and take tooo much. Hope this doesn't sound stupid. Just my first time so I'm

You are overthinking it. Just draw out the amount to the 0.5ml line. Oral syringes account for the tip on the end
