Measuring body fat %

I used to get my BF measured by this girl and she used 7 or so different points (upper chest, stomach, upper back, lower back, triceps, quads, calve) Each # was multiplied by a decimal and than an accurate % was obtained. Can someone refer me to a how-to guide for doing this. Thanks

well Im not sure if some of u know that little electronic caliper I paid 60$ for it on its 3 site pinch then calculates your bodyfat but if you want to take 7 sites u can calculate urself
