Meal Schedule

this is a bit much to ask but I will go ahead. I have done 3 cycles and did not want to grow too rapidly and well my diet is rather weak. I am happy with the much improved look but my next cycle I want to grow like a weed and was thinking sus & deca. I have to setup a meal schedule and stick to it. I am 5'11" and 190lbs and 12% BF. Any help would me appreciated. I know for a fact that I don't get enough calories and need to make sure that my next cycle I do and put on some good quality mass
 
Id say put the cycle off and just try and pull 3500-4k clean cals a day with about 300g pro,healthy fats and carbs,spaced out over 7-8 "Small" meals

I bet by doing this you will grow just fine without gear
 
Keep a food log, write down everything you eat for a week. Total the macronutrients and calories for each day. Add them up and divide by seven to get your average daily intake. Now, increase your calories by 300-500 per day and see how that works. If yiou gain too much fat dial it down and if you aren't putting on weight increase the calories until you are happy with your gains.

If you are juicing then you need about 1.5 grams of carbs per pound and stick to a high carb lower fat diet 30p/50c/20f or 40p/40c/20f depending on your needs.
