i buy 14 cans of tuna
couple pounds of steak
couple gallons of milk
3 or 4 boxes of hamburger helper(mix with tuna)

i buy brown rice like once a month, because it comes in huge bags. cost about $45 a week. plus protien powder.

my bill used to be about $100 a week, but i moved out of state and living under my moms roof for the time being:) sometimes it's nice because she cooks every night, and she's into health food also.

i saw that commercial to LOL, so i went to the store the next day, and found out they cost like $7.95 or somthing crazy.

I wouldn't know how to break it down to a week. I go to the butcher and get 6 6lb. bags of chopped steak, then to Sams for 3 cases of water, 3 or 4 bags of chicken tenders or breasts, some steaks or roasts, a multi-pack or two of canned chicken, salmon and tuna, 1.5 doz. eggs, a couple loaves of their multi-grain bread, a few gallons of skim milk. Then the grocery store every week or two for fresh salads and frozen veggies. Stop off at Starbucks for coffee. We have a big chest freezer and pantry...I don't like to shop often!

On this ketogenetic diet: 3 each Pork chops, sirloin steaks, tuna, chicken breasts. 2 dozen eggs, 2lbs of bacon, 5 boxes sugar-free jello, two tubs of cool whip. Two bags of salad and one big bottle of Ranch dressing. Lots of beef jerky and cans of vienna sausages for snacks. Coors Light & Diet Coke. One jar of EAS protein powder lasts me a month or two.
