maximuscle sugar block?

Anyone tried this? Apparently it stops your tongue from being able to taste sweet stuff for a few hours. Is it safe to use? I quite fancy something that would keep me away from sugar...

To answer your question, stay away from all MaxiMuscle products. They have been caught for not meeting label claims a while ago.

um - willpower sounds easy but isn't! I tend to binge on sugar whenever I get depressed or pissed off. SO it's more a habit, emotional thing on top of the cravings...

ok though, will take your advice. Don't fancy training for 18 months for powerlifting only to test postive for something I'm NOT TAKING in my first competition, I mean, if I was going to juice, at least I'd get some advantage from it, but if they sneak crap into their stuff, worst of both worlds...
