Both. Normally what happens, just a scenario... say Hospital ABC has 40 doctors on payroll... They need 20 more. They come to us and tell us they need 5 radiologists, 5 anthes, 5 ER and 5 cardiologists... we bring up a team of those 20... workable to the amount the hospital is willing to pay.. (the higher the expereinece level they want, the more $$ it costs) Once we get those 20 in the hospital, that hospital then has a contract for 3-5 years.. they then in turn request the existing doctors to enter our service under contract. 99% of them do. Namely because we do all the insurance and patient billings in addition to paying the doctors malpractice insurance. That way the hospital and Dr. saves money. The ones that don't join are booted later. So we absorb doctors that way.. but we also recruit doctors from other hospitals who are looking to work for us and from universities... most of our doctors turn their interns and apprentices over to us.
