I am towards the end of my second cycle in recent years. Im strong as shit and built pretty good, just need to get to around two twenty or so to be where i want to be. Right now im about 205 at my heaviest and am kinda just hanging out right there. Im sure when Im off cycle i will end up around 195 to 200. Bodyfat is about 6% to 8% .
I know I could add some more size if I wud eat better. I do the protein shakes everyday and I have been eating a lil better, but all these protein shakes make me feel sick as shit and effect my work outs. Im like so severly lactose intolerant that the 98% lactose free stuff makes me sick.
