I agree bro, I was just trying to make a point. Whats that say about MQ though? I was just saying that when MuscleTech rips people off at least you get SOMETHING for the money you pay.

First is my letter to their lawyer, Howard Shire, I assume he fowarded it to the muscle tech boys..... LOL - I must have really hit a nerve for them to try and rip me a new asshole like they did here lol....judging from this letter and their product formulations one would think that 16 year olds run that company....seriously, I was pretty surprised to get a letter like this, especially considering that my letter was pretty cordial in comparison...and it's obvious the person took awhile writing it....

----My Letter----

Hello,

I am a long-time member of elitefitness.com, a website you are no-doubt
familiar with as of late.

I wonder if you really are familiar with the company, MuscleTech, of which
you represent. There is obviously a tremendous amount of animosity in the
bodybuilding public
against MT, and for good reason: The blatantly, and unequivocally, lie about
their products and the results that can be expected from using them.

What I find ironic and extremely disappointing is MT is now suing
Elitefitness, a website devoted to knowledge and unbiased discussion has now
become the target of what can only be described as disgustingly greedy,
rich, and somewhat-talented scam artists.

I think that I am accurate when I say that you are threatening to sue
elitefitness in reality because of the large audience they reach rather than
some silly concerns over an employee of Mass Quantities posting humorous
pictures. (Which, by the way, is not even the case, and I think we both know
that as well.)

I am a 19 year old college student, employed at GNC, a major supplement
retailer. Each and every day I reluctantly sell Muscle-Tech products to
customers who insist on purchasing them against my advice. I find it very
sad to see children who have been deceived by the blatant lies found in
MuscleTech articles disguised as training and nutrition advice waste their
hard-earned money... And I would make more money as I am paid partially on
commission if I lied about my feelings on MuscleTech products, but I do not,
because to me a few extra dollars is not worth selling out my conscience ...
Is it to you?

Govern yourself accordingly,

xxxx

PS- I am fully aware that this letter will have no impact on this events
that follow, but perhaps I made you think a bit..or perhaps not...as history
shows us though, this type of action against the very people who made you
(MuscleTech) rich, often leads to your swift downfall....realize what will
happen when close to 50 thousand members find out that you are going forth
and suing their favorite website for their personal information, and then
each of them tells someone...

Now their letter to me: :-D
-------

Mr. xxxxx,

You are obviously not bright enough to see that Elite Fitness has staged many of the attacks against MuscleTech with posts from people who are directly related to them, or you are personally connected to that pathetic and transparent web site, or both (likely the latter). The reason Elite does this: To promote and peddle their own products. This is illegal, but we can understand how your obviously very dim mind can't figure that out. Elite Fitness has managed to convince only the lowest intellectual level of humanity that they are involved in free speech. Based on your e-mail, it does not surprise us that you fall into that category.

If MuscleTech was a not an honorable company, we would not only be selling a small line of 13 products. You know very well we at MuscleTech could put our logo on just about any formulation, including liquid creatine and other such things, and that we would sell tens of millions of dollars of it. If you were not so intellectually challenged you would realize that the only feasible explanation for why MuscleTech does not sell such products is that we simply are not willing to sell any product that doesn't work. This makes us unlike virtually every other company in this industry.

As well, we are conducting research worldwide as evidenced by letters from doctors and researchers posted on our site. Again, if you were not such a complete moron you would realize that only an honorable company focused on selling and developing only products that work would spend such a large amount of money on research. Further, this research has led to patents rights across most of the world. If you mind functioned above the equivalent of the kindergarten level you would realize that the possession of patents and other intellectual property confirms that MuscleTech was founded in science, and that science is what continues to drive us.

What really frustrates absolute imbeciles like yourself is that the rest of the world, almost all of it more intelligent than yourself (including most plant and insect life), realizes this and that this understanding of our product effectiveness has shot MuscleTech to the top of the supplement industry where we will remain indefinitely. Elite Fitness on the other hand, will be a faint, dirty and odorous memory in a very short amount of time. As for you xxxxxx, you will likely level off as a lead short order cook at some bottom of the barrel restaurant, grumbling about things no one cares about due to how truly stupid you are.

Our products are for sale in 48 countries and counting. Our staff are treated like rock stars at all trade shows we attend. If you were actually smart enough for your opinion to actually matter in this world you may have had enough money to fill a car with gas and attend the Arnold's in Columbus last week yourself. If that were possible, you would have seen a mass of humanity in front of our booth throughout the entire show (see the pictures of the crowds swamping our booth at the Arnold's for yourself which are posted on our web site in the What's New section). All who visited our booth told us how wonderful our products were, and not a single complaint was filed, even though over 70,000 people attended. Most of the product stock we brought was purchased in two days, even though we brought twice as much with us than we did the previous year.

Those are the facts in the real world XXXXXX. In your world you think you are somebody apparently. In reality you are simply an uninformed moron whose opinion means nothing to anyone. Face it. your an idiot, plain and simple, and no one cares what you think (presuming that you do think at all).

You did make us laugh though (quite a lot actually), because of how truly pathetic and imbecilic you are.

xxxxxxxx, have a nice day.

:) Anyway, I thought the number of times he tried to remind me of how stupid he thinks I am was rather amusing....this reminds me of a poor internet flame, not a letter written by a rep of a multi-million dollar company....lol As stupid as this guy thinks I am, at least I'm smart enough not to buy their shit, and smart enough to know the difference between "your" and "you're" which he obviously does not.

Cheers.

Dballer, now I remember reading that. That lawyer sounds like such an idiot,LOL. I was at the Arnold and there were alot of people at there booth but only cause they were giving away alot of free stuff. And as far as what he was saying about the Arnold goes about 70% of the people there you couldn't tell lifted so I would hardly think their opinion would matter in this.
