Mass gain help

Hi, i'm a 16 year old kid who has lost about 50lbs, and is now to skinny, and want to bulk up. I need advice on how many calories I should get each day, and wether or not "cheating" is as critical to me. I lift, and work on a farm for 5-7 hours a day. Please, any advice would be appreciated. (PS: My body weight now is a whole whopping 122lbs, I need to gain)
 
Eat as much as you possibly can. You are young and your metabolism is through the roof, not to mention your doing farm work 5-7 hours a day. Eat everything in site, clean and unclean. When you put on 75 pounds come back and we'll help you with exacting your diet.
 
Many people are telling me due to my age and amount of work I am doing, Eating healthy won't increase my mass. I'm not saying eating nothing but Junk Food all day, I'm just saying eating unclean once in a while might actually help me to bulk. Currently, I try to eat atleast 5 times a day and get atleast 150grams of protein. Any more advice or tips?
